Today I would like to make a confession... I have a weakness for earrings. I don't know if you've already read about what happens to me in a pearl store.... (if not, you can read about it here) What I experience in a bead store, albeit to a slightly less pronounced and more controllable degree, I also sometimes experience at an earring stall. In this post, I'll tell you how you can make your own pretty and special earrings in no time at all.

I hope that this post, like the others, will serve as inspiration for you and that you can design and create something to suit your taste and preferences.

I used the following for this earring:

• polished beads

• small plates

• cube beads

• silver beads

• round bead

• Jewelry wire for necklaces

• crimp beads

• ear hooks

The order of the beads, the type of beads, the colors and the length of the earring are all parameters that you can of course adjust to your taste.

I designed my earring as you can see in the photo. I pulled the jewelry wire through the ear hook so that it hangs down twice and secured it with a crimp bead underneath the first bead. The individual beads are also held in place by crimp beads. I won't keep you in suspense describing how the beads are threaded onto the wire - after all, I don't want to insult your intelligence, spoil your fun or your willingness to experiment and steal valuable time from you when you could already be starting your earrings or looking for beads for them.
